Terms and Conditions of Service – TORNTUN SHOP

Tax Invoice Issuance
As our store is not registered for VAT, we are unable to issue tax invoices under any circumstance.
We can only issue receipts.

Product Warranty
The company provides a warranty starting from the day the customer receives the parcel for a period of 7 days.
If the product is damaged or cannot be used, we are happy to replace it with a new one.
"Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer / Forward shipping cost is the responsibility of the store."
Exceptions:

1. Improper use of the product, accidents, shipping damage, negligence in maintenance, natural disasters, etc.
2. Repairs, modifications, or alterations to the product.

The company reserves the right to void the warranty immediately if the product falls under condition 1 or 2.

Product Return and Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed at 95% of the original amount, due to transaction fees from the payment processor.
• Products can be returned only if the packaging has not been opened.
• The company reserves the right to refuse product returns or exchanges based on customer personal preference.
• The company will accept returns or exchanges only in cases where the product is defective due to manufacturing.
• The company reserves the right to deny exchanges for damage caused during shipping or usage.

Operating hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturdays and Sundays only

• Food products, made-to-order items, and digital goods are non-refundable in all cases.
• Products must be returned within 7 days from the order date.
• The company reserves the right to amend these conditions without prior notice. In the event of a dispute, the company’s decision is final.
